Over the past 15+ years, I’ve helped enterprise teams modernize their platforms, streamline delivery pipelines, and turn complicated requirements into practical solutions. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and implementation. Whether it’s translating executive goals into technical plans that developers can actually run with, or stepping in to untangle a tough release issue under pressure, I’m the person people come to when the stakes are high and the path forward is unclear. One of my favorite things is finding elegant solutions to enterprise-scale challenges—especially when that involves aligning tools, people, and processes. I’ve led cross-functional teams, major platform upgrades, and release strategies that helped both developers and stakeholders breathe a little easier. I’ve worked across highly regulated industries like healthcare and insurance, so I understand the balance between speed, security, and compliance. And with dual master’s degrees in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration, I’m just as comfortable with code as I am with business objectives. A few highlights I’m proud of: Led the migration from CloudBees Jenkins CJP to CI and RedHat 7 to 8, modernizing the enterprise DevOps platform and ensuring compliance with evolving security standards. Drove enterprise adoption of GitHub Copilot, guiding POCs, training users, and helping leadership navigate implementation—improving developer productivity across the board. Designed and implemented DataDog monitoring across CI/CD tools, boosting platform visibility and response times while reducing incident impact. I also enjoy mentoring team members, building documentation people actually use, and taking ownership of processes to make things smoother for everyone involved. I’ve been told I have a knack for cutting through complexity and bringing clarity to chaos—whether I’m leading a project, solving a production issue, or planning for what’s next.
