As a Sr. Manager of Care Training & Communications at Grubhub, I led a team of 18 learning professionals in instructional design, facilitation, and corporate communications. I was responsible for the development of all training content related to policy and procedure for front-line contact center agents, as well as partnering with stakeholders across the organization to prepare and communicate product launches, marketing initiatives, and general updates to internal tools or processes. I have over 15 years of experience in people management, coaching and development, corrective action and performance management, payroll and benefits facilitation, and interviewing and hiring of new employees. I also hold certifications in Instructional Design Essentials, Designing a Training Program: Setting Goals, Objectives, and Mediums, and Learning Asana from LinkedIn. My goal is to create engaging and effective learning experiences that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees and improve our business outcomes.
