I am a passionate educator with a multicultural background, having graduated from the University of Toronto and Brock University. My journey into teaching led me overseas to Japan and Korea, where I've immersed myself in traditional cultures, learning invaluable lessons both as an educator and as an individual. My career as a teacher has predominantly flourished abroad, allowing me to deeply understand the nuances of cross-cultural communication and education. The experiences gained while working as a foreign educator have been fundamental to my growth, shaping me into a more empathetic and culturally aware individual. Outside of the classroom, I am an avid learner with an insatiable curiosity for history, geography, and the intricacies of various cultures and traditions. Exploring these subjects not only enriches my personal life but also enhances my teaching approach, allowing me to bring a diverse perspective into the classroom. I aspire to continue bridging cultural gaps through education, fostering an environment of acceptance and diversity within the classroom.
