About Gregory Falk

Lifetime automotive enthusiast who chose to pursue it as their career. My experience started at BMW of Manhattan under various roles as internships during my tenure at Babson College. Over summer breaks I was able to try internet sales, being a delivery coordinator (now known as a BMW Genius), and a recruiter. After graduating I joined Penske Truck Leasing in their RMT program. I was able to work all of the busiest corporate locations in the metro NY area before relocating to Massachusetts. After moving to Massachusetts I found a position with Gallery Automotive Group in their business development department for their BMW, Mazda, and Volkswagen stores. After getting to know the brands I moved up into the sales consultant position at the Mazda store. Shortly after moving up I was recruited to Framingham Nissan to be their Business Development manager. Months after starting the position I was moved up to a desk manager and used car manager position within the company. From that point forward I stayed within the auto group in a management capacity at North Shore Mazda and Wellesley Mazda for the next seven years. After having getting married, buying a house, and having kids I accepted a hybrid sales/used car manager role at Viti Volvo close to where we made our home. Throughout my time in the industry I have covered all roles on the retail sales side of the business. For much of my time my responsibilities were in much more of a general sales manager capacity handling both the new and used business at the same time than a tradition desk, new, or pre-owned manager. All the while being the wholesale purchaser as well sourcing the preowned inventory from physical and online auctions as well as following those vehicles through the preparation and reconditioning process including approving repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction and store profitability. Additionally I was always responsible for the merchandising of the preowned inventory including pricing, photographs, and vehicle descriptions. In my current role I am responsible for all pre-owned manager duties while being a full time product consultant at the same time.
