I hold a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where I focused on transactional law and dispute resolution, and I am licensed to practice law in Tennessee. I also have the In-house Counsel Certified (ICC) credential from the Association of Corporate Counsel, which demonstrates my knowledge and skills in the field of corporate law. I have a strong background in manufacturing process improvement, which I leverage to support the company's growth and efficiency. I am passionate about providing high-quality legal services and advice to the company and its stakeholders, while also ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. I enjoy working collaboratively with other departments and external partners to resolve complex legal issues and facilitate successful business outcomes.
