About Gregory Goralski

I studied Aerospace Engineering for 2 years at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University while completing 38 credits toward my degree. I decided to make the transition into Naval aviation working on the E-6B platform for 5 years as an aircraft powerplant mechanic. During this tour, I held positions ranging from a worker, learning the trade to performing quality assurance work and supervising my division. Through my experience leading employees to troubleshoot complex gripes, I gained and improved my critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. I am currently nearing the end of my contract and looking to use my skills to break into the field of technology. I have a passion for computers, cybersecurity, and networking. I am studying for my CompTIA A+ certification and am nearing enrollment in an education course (January) to complete my CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker, and Splunk Core Certified User certifications. I hope to use my previous experience and new certifications to obtain an internship or a career in the field of cybersecurity to again work my way from the ground up.
