Essentially I am a complete individual with "old school" values, dedication, morals and modern day skills. I am able to blend an understanding of the value of face-to-face or voice-to-voice contact with both internal and external customers and current electronic techniques to get a task accomplished. I successfully transfer skills from all of my previous areas of employment and am sure I can continue. My ability to be compassionate yet firm in resolve has been a proven asset. I can use analogy to get a point across quite well. I am proud to have at least a limited understanding of each area within a business model and the affect of the interaction between departments. While knowledgeable in many topics, I know I have limitations and am not afraid to get an appropriate answer when I don't have one available.
