Gregory Hoff is a Trial Lawyer with Collette Parsons Harris LLP. His practice is focused on representing injured individuals in disputes involving insurance companies. Through his extensive experience as an advocate Gregory has a developed a specialty in cases involving complex neurological injuries and represents clients before all levels of court in British Columbia. Prior to making the decision to focus on representing individuals in disputes involving insurance companies, Gregory was a partner at a large international law firm. There he has acted as lead counsel in personal injury claims, construction disputes, product liability claims, intellectual property matters, employment matters, real-estate disputes, professional liability disputes, defamation claims, and claims against corporate officers and directors, government agencies, and road maintenance contractors. Gregory has also worked as in-house counsel in the Claims Legal Services Department of a large insurance corporation in British Columbia. Gregory is a skilled negotiator and has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, having represented clients in mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences. He credits his success to his unwavering commitment to prompt, personable service and his attention to detail.
