About Gregory Kulacki

For over 21 years, I have been a Senior Analyst and China Project Manager at the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS), a leading non-profit organization dedicated to advancing science-based solutions for a healthy, safe, and sustainable future. My mission is to promote and conduct dialogue between the United States, China, Japan and Korea on critical issues that affect regional and global stability and security. As a cross-cultural educator and analyst, I have leveraged my skills in Chinese language, culture, and media to facilitate mutual understanding and cooperation. I have also produced publications and reports that provide insights and recommendations on how to reduce the risks of conflict and enhance the prospects of collaboration. Through my work, I aim to contribute to a more peaceful and sustainable human community.
