About Gregory Lippe

I possess a responsibility to make a difference - to my family, community and employer. I seek opportunities where my enthusiasm and expertise can positively impact outcomes. After more than 20 years, I remain passionate about managed health care and insurance and believe the industry can further improve care outcomes while using resources more efficiently. Business development, process improvement and companies in need of a turnaround are exciting challenges requiring both industry expertise and people skills to execute needed changes. The foundation of my approach is built on developing employees and work teams who are focused, accountable, value collaboration and able to execute adopted plans. My career includes accomplishments in managed care, individual and group Insurance operations, Medicaid and Medicare products, exchange products and disease management programs. These successes benefited from my operations experience in accounting, analysis, underwriting, medical/care management, disease management and network contracting. My career path provided community service opportunities to help improve public education, manage corporate support for the United Way, develop weekend work teams supporting Habitat for Humanity and teach high school business courses. An early part of my education involved serving proudly in the U.S. Army at the Department of Defense Computer Institute in the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, D.C.
