With over 25 years of experience in the travel industry, I am a visionary leader who is passionate about building connections and infrastructure that enables entrepreneurs to succeed in the travel business, I am responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, marketing, strategy, financing, and culture of the company. I am an advisor to the Association of Canadian Travel Agents and the Travel Industry Council of Ontario, which demonstrates my commitment to excellence, professionalism, and ethics in the travel sector. My mission is to empower and inspire my team of over 800 travel professionals across Canada, and to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. In my role as the President and CEO of Travelonly, I have successfully led the company through various challenges and opportunities, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the digital transformation, and the expansion into new markets and segments. I have leveraged my expertise in hotel, air, cruises, vacation, and tourism to develop and implement effective strategies, partnerships, and campaigns that have resulted in increased revenue, growth, and retention. I have also invested in enhancing the quality and diversity of our products and services, as well as the training and development of our staff. I am proud of the positive impact that Travelonly has made on the lives of our clients, partners, and communities.
