Masters in Public Health (August, 2014) · Cleveland Chiropractic College Los Angeles California; Doctorate (1977) · University of the State of New York, Albany, New York; Bachelor of Science Area of concentration:(Major) Human Biology.(1995) · Webster University, Saint Louis, Missouri; Master of Arts Area of concentration: Human Resources Development (1997) CLINICAL and WORK EXPERIENCE: Approximately 40 years, full-time supervisory and clinical experience in physical examination, x-ray, physical rehabilitative techniques, safety and ergonomic assessment and training, job hazard analysis, functional capacity evaluations, DOT physicals, onsite inspections, post job offer physical evaluations and nutritional counseling. For the last eighteen years I have consulted in the following areas; ADA and EEOC compliance training, sexual harassment awareness, team building, and safety management and training for large national and international corporations such as, Motor Cargo Trucking, and James Hardie Gypsum. Past experience also includes writing company procedural and safety manuals, performance appraisals and return to work issues such as; Physician/Employee Communication, Physician/ Employer Alliances, and early return to work programs, and healthy diet programs. I have performed hundreds of Independent Medical Examinations and impairment ratings for most Nevada workers compensation insurance companies, including: SIIS, MCC, Med Comp, C.A.C.P, Country Companies, etc. Self employed in Las Vegas since 1978.
