About Gregory Morey

For over 40 years, I have been identifying, investing in, and building world-class businesses. My experience includes being a fund manager whose investment thesis is investing in significantly undervalued US public companies. I have successfully employed catalyst-sound corporate governance practices (Sarbanes- Oxley qualified) to implement strategic change and “unlock” the value, through corporate restructurings, sales, mergers, and/or changes of management and board of directors. I specialize in negotiating and closing high-value venture capital, private equity, and individual investments, negotiating acquisitions and additional financings, and preparing exit options. During my career, I have successfully raised over $100M in venture capital financing. After having redefined value across industries such as biotechnology, waste management, rust belt industries, healthcare, and more, I am now leveraging my expertise to build ZeroTouchDigital (ZTD). As an early founder, officer, director, and investor of ZTD, I have fulfilled all roles in the company, other than the technical side, at one time or another. I have raised the majority of our capital, structured as a friends and family round, managed all accounting, banking, and compliance functions, negotiated all contracts, managed our lawyers, and participated in all strategic and management decisions. My focus today is taking the company to the next level, commercialization, and preparing for adequate funds, personnel, and contractual obligations. With our revolutionary software platform OMNIA, ZeroTouchDigital is preparing to transform the way that computing is done, forever. And with me leading the financial side of the company, we are poised to form key partnerships that will bring our platform, OMNIA (the platform-of-platforms), to market. By making distributed data and compute instantly available, with zero integration or duplication efforts, OMNIA reduces time, expense, and risks while accelerating innovation.
