Dr. Nelson completed his Orthopedic Residency Training in June 2013, followed by a fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at the prestigious Rothman Institute in Philadelphia, PA. After 3 years in practice, he completed a second fellowship in Lower Extremity Reconstruction in order to add knee procedures to his expansive complement of orthopedic care.
