As a transformation expert, I utilize innovative solutions to address shifting demands while architecting and implementing best-in-class strategies to digitize processes and drive performance. In working for First Command, I automated sales and service delivery functions, implementing a scalable and sustainable omni-channel operations model that drove Not-In-Good-Order (‘NIGO’) rates to below 1% and cut cycle times from weeks to under 45 minutes, while achieving Top 8 national ranking with key business partners. As VP for JPMorgan Chase, I coupled relocation with transformation to reposition an entire function from a distressed New York based operation to an established new cutting-edge and world-class Dallas operation. In implementing performance, talent development and operations frameworks, I retained 100% of the original client base, drove up processing accuracy to +99% and achieved ‘A’ grades in internal compliance audits while increasing revenues. In an earlier role, also as VP with JPM, I transformed operational processes, repairing their damaged reputation and focused on preventing the loss of a troubled premium client account. In transforming the operation to a fully aligned integrated compliant operation, I retained the $38bn account and successfully converted a negative relationship into a market leading enviable partnership, still in force today. One of my core skills is ascertaining current complexities and obstacles, determining capability to achieve strategy, then leading reinforced expert teams to deliver ongoing performance improvements that achieved a market leading reputation and status.
