I am a healthcare leader with over 15 years of experience driving operational excellence, organizational growth, and compassionate care delivery across complex medical environments. My career has spanned academic health systems, private practice, and specialty care, allowing me to build a diverse, adaptable skill set rooted in strategy, empathy, and execution. Currently serving as Director of Ambulatory Operations at Cooper University Health Care, I oversee Gastroenterology practice operations, lead performance improvement initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, financial, and administrative functions. I’ve successfully managed multi-million-dollar budgets, led enterprise-wide EMR transitions, and supported the integration of acquired practices, all while centering patient access, provider engagement, and system efficiency. I played a pivotal leadership role at Atlantic Gastroenterology Associates, where I supported the operational and financial turnaround of one of the region’s premier GI groups, ultimately resulting in an acquisition by a major hospital system. In addition, I facilitated the sale of the square foot medical building, including a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center, to the same hospital system. That experience sharpened my ability to lead in fast-paced, high-volume procedural settings and deepened my appreciation for the intricacies of surgical operations. Throughout my career, I’ve balanced data-driven decision-making with a strong belief in human-centered leadership. As a cancer survivor, I bring an empathy-informed lens to everything I do.
