As the CEO & Co-Founder of an insurance agency dedicated to serving the Latino community in Massachusetts, my mission is clear: to make insurance accessible, understandable, and empowering for every Latino client. With a strong background in communication and a deep understanding of the unique needs of our clients and community, I strive to bridge the gap between complex insurance products and the people who need them most. My journey began in the world of broadcasting, where I honed my skills in communication and storytelling as a radio and TV broadcaster. This experience laid the foundation for my passion for connecting with people and sharing information in an engaging, approachable way. Building on that, I pursued formal education in entrepreneurship through Harvard Business School Online and insurance studies at the Hartford School of Insurance, where I gained the strategic and technical insights that have helped shape my leadership approach today. With expertise in commercial insurance, I am focused on educating and guiding Latino individuals and businesses in making informed decisions about their insurance needs.
