About Gregory Singleton

Securing your legacy. I am an estate planning and probate attorney who loves what he does. I got interested in estate planning and probate when my grandfather passed – his estate was poorly set up and administered even worse. It led to a family fight that, to this day, has people not speaking to each other. I want to make sure my clients avoid this. To that end I started Signature Law, PLLC. The two cornerstones of Signature Law are (i) to provide top notch legal services and (ii) world class customer service. I think the role of the large “traditional law firm” is becoming somewhat dated. Clients are less impressed with fancy boardrooms and three-piece suits than they used to be, and for good reason – those things just add to overhead that needs to be passed on to the client. Instead, I work with a virtual office to keep my overhead low and to stay flexible so I can respond to my clients’ needs. I love the puzzles and logic problems that arise when putting together an estate plan that is tailored specifically to the needs of the client. And moreover, I am not satisfied until my client understands what that big stack of papers means to them. The estate plan is the guardian of peoples’ legacies, and I work my hardest to make sure that it reflects their personalities, wants, and needs. I am here to serve my clients, and I love what I do.
