I am a strong project manager professional that excels in delivering projects that have a high degree of technical complexity and risk. Over the course of my career, I have been directly involved in every aspect of the software development life-cycle and have successfully delivered projects using agile, traditional, and hybrid (using aspects of both agile and waterfall) methodologies. I continue to seek ways to improve execution on both a project and enterprise scale. I leverage confident communication skills to effectively present to all levels of an organization, with the ability to breakdown communication silos and lead teams to successful outcomes. My ability to understand and convey the big picture to teams coupled with attention to every project detail has served me well. I am a team player that values strong relationships, collaboration, and trust.
