I am the National Co-Leader of Deloitte Canada's Discovery and Legal Project Solutions team. I regularly advise clients on matters relating to the eDiscovery process and act as a project manager on large-scale document review and due diligence matters. I have overseen a wide range of projects, including projects involving in excess of 300 team members, cross-border projects, and several projects in French. Prior to working in the field of eDiscovery, I spent almost a decade practicing commercial litigation, competition/antitrust, and foreign investment law at two large Bay Street firms. Outside of the office, I am a member of the Ontario Digital Evidence and eDiscovery Working Group. I am also an active alumnus of the London School of Economics (LSE). In this regard, I am the past Vice-Chair of the global LSE Alumni Association and the past President of the Canadian Friends of the LSE.
