I have over 22 years of business experience in Information Technology product/service development, operations, and delivery. I've managed service access, availability, business-relationship, capacity, configuration, demand, events, financial, incidents, knowledge, problems, portfolios, architecture, change evaluation, continual service improvement, design, IT service continuity, information privacy & security (including GDPR), request fulfillment, service validation and testing, and transition planning and support. At Verizon, I led front-end engineer for Verizon's Global Technology Services' Chief Administrative Office, IT. I build and maintain enterprise mobile-first and hybrid-mobile apps for Verizon Human Resources, Payroll, Real Estate, Supply Chain, and Time Reporting. I was the architect of TradeMore.com, a public e-commerce site for buying and selling used phones and pre-owned tablets, watches, and other electronics. I wrote software and tests while leading delivery teams to create browser-based e-learning solutions; performance management and improvement apps; competency assessment tools; HR self-service apps; and custom analytics solutions. I led PeopleSoft/HR portal integration, including the Verizon Telecom HR portal, a third-generation, knowledge management system designed to integrate e-learning solutions with the strategic initiatives of Verizon business units and departments. Over employees uses these apps daily. I not only embrace user experience, but also developer experience. I place great emphasis on usability and quality assurance, especially through automated testing and reports. I champion practices like behavior-driven development and sprints to quickly analyze, design, test, program and deploy systems quickly per customer requirements based on solid engineering principles, practices and design patterns. I'm involved in open-source projects, and have many active products on GitLab and GitHub.
