About Gregory Theis

Born and raised in Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. Environmental conservation and wildlife protection are my most closely held values. Snowboarding, backpacking, and biking are my favorite activities; reading and playing guitar are my favorite pastimes. I ultimately attained my bachelor’s degree in accounting through the business program at CSU, but I also used this opportunity to take additional coursework in economics, construction management, philosophy, and psychology. No matter the challenge, activity, or topic of study, I have always held myself to high standards and am driven to put forth my best efforts. This work ethic and determination has allowed me to feel very accomplished when achieving personal and academic goals. My first job was at the age of 14 and from that point my work experience expanded throughout a wide variety of other employment positions. This has given me exposure to diverse work environments and has developed the ability to quickly adapt and problem-solve in various employment situations. Reliability, diligence, and a positive attitude have been essential to my performance throughout every job. These experiences have also allowed me to develop qualities such as strong communication, flexibility, and patience in working with others to overcome challenges that may arise from differences in personality or opinion.Overall I pride myself on being highly self-motivated, my organizational skills, attention to detail, strong interpersonal abilities, and inclination towards learning new things. My goal is to develop a career that aligns with my values and passions, and which I enjoy the work environment and can meaningfully contribute to the organization.
