About Gregory Todd

After finishing my BBA in corporate finance at Walsh College of Business, I spent a little over 8 years in banking and financial solutions under a variety of roles including commercial credit analyst, lending officer, licensed financial advisor, and branch sales and development manager. I established relationships with clients of all sizes including personal households, small businesses, and large commercial entities while solidifying my sales, advisory, coaching, and management skill sets in various financial centers. Following a passion for technology, I joined Dell as a client sales representative, progressed to a preferred public accounts manager, and completed Dell internal certifications in datacenter infrastructure spanning servers, storage, and networking. I brought this experience to my current role at Charter Communications (Spectrum) as a network operations engineer. Our group utilizes event management and proactive monitoring to maintain service level agreements (SLA's) for high speed data, broadcast and on-demand digital video services, and WAN transport infrastructure to internal and external subscribers.
