I pride myself on my ability to stay ahead of the industry changes and maintain up to date training. My strong organizational skills and attention to detail allow me to be proficient at many tasks, including working with data sets as well as network monitoring. The ability to multitask and manage time efficiently makes me a valuable asset to any team. I've also been proficient in product support / improvements in numerous roles, which is very rewarding work. While with Microchip Technology, I was responsible for developing a training plan that will be used across all business units within North America. This will utilize an 'a la carte' style, allowing for the correct training to be implemented to role-specific learners.
