He has worked for both contractors and owners in the energy and chemical industry, and has managed several teams of cost engineers and schedulers to deliver projects on time and under budget. Gregory is focused on supporting consistent, well informed decision making. This is accomplished through establishing consistent reporting requirements, early identification and communication of project changes, appropriate forecasting methods, and mitigation strategies. Gregory is a licensed Professional Engineer (TX).
