LinkedIn Bio – Greg Wilson I’m a healthcare project manager with a diverse background spanning marketing, entrepreneurship, and clinical operations. I began my career in the tech and marketing sectors before co-founding Wilks & Wilson LLC, a craft beverage company specializing in artisanal cocktail syrups. That venture taught me how to build a brand from the ground up and deliver quality-driven, customer-focused products to a national audience. I later transitioned into healthcare, where I found a deep sense of purpose working to improve patient experience and operational efficiency. I started as a Patient Liaison at St. Vincent Carmel, then moved to IU Health, where I advanced from surgical scheduler to Project Manager overseeing 14 Ambulatory Surgery Centers. I now lead system-wide initiatives focused on workflow optimization, service expansion, and strategic improvement across multiple sites. I hold a B.S. in Marketing and Distribution Management from the Kelley School of Business and earned my MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University while working full-time.
