Through targeted research and product experimentation, I drove an increase in user activations and big improvements in first-time engagement rates with the introduction of personalized email, SMS, and on-platform recommendations. My recent overhaul of the onboarding process also more than doubled engagement!At my previous role at ServiceChannel, a SaaS platform for facilities management, I directed a team in co-designing and launching a mobile product with enterprise partners, driving an increase in on-platform spending.
