I have worked in information technology for the past 15 years. For the past 5 years I have been working with implementing the Phreesia point of care check in system with American medical practices. Digitizing intake forms, optimizing practice workflow, increasing revenue and ROI. As part of my role I am also responsible for testing integrations between Phreesia their practice management and electronic medical records systems, such as Allscripts, Greenway, Athena, NextGen, GE and others, using HL7, ODBC, and API interfaces. I have been able to directly interact with large numbers of external and internal customers in both English and French. My superior customer service and communication skills show to my customers that I understand and I have taken full ownership of their issue. My communication and analytical skills allow me to break down complex and technical issues explaining information to various groups, from customers to employees to company executives, with varying degrees of complexity depending on the needs of the audience. As a project manager and implementation consultant it was my job to coordinate the various teams, organizing meetings and working sessions as well as preparing summary and results presentations to the project sponsors and executive teams. I was fully responsible for analyzing the information at hand and taking decisions which would provide innovative solutions, and process improvements proven to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction and the bottom line.
