I oversee the site maintenance and facilities services at JLL, a global leader in real estate and investment management, where I ensure the optimal performance of critical systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other functions. I also manage facility management vendors, work orders, site operations, and innovative programs that reduce operating costs and improve customer satisfaction. I have a proven track record of delivering quality service levels, meeting deadlines, and resolving issues. I enjoy working with a great team of co-workers, customers, and management, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
