About Greice Bezerra

With over 10 years of experience in sales and customer service, one of my primary professional objectives is to cultivate successful client relationships while genuinely enjoying the process and fostering more productive, mutually beneficial business interactions. I hold deep respect for companies that use technology as a tool to improve the world and protect the environment. My purpose is to positively impact those around me, both directly and indirectly, by promoting dialogue, learning, and mutual support. I believe it is possible to respectfully disagree and still maintain cordiality, always striving for solutions that benefit everyone. In 2016, I embarked on a challenging journey by moving to Ireland, without knowing the language, having acquaintances, or securing a job beforehand. It was not easy, but my desire to transform my life was immense, and I knew that learning English was essential for achieving better results in the job market. Upon arriving in Ireland, I took on roles very different from my previous experiences, including Cleaning Supervisor, Waitress, Production Assistant, Housekeeper, and Bartender. Despite the challenges, I had memorable moments, met incredible people, and gained enriching experiences that transformed my perspective on myself and others. I learned the true meaning of resilience, empathy, and the importance of respecting human differences. After my experience in Ireland, I decided to apply the empathy I had developed by engaging in volunteer work in Colombia. This experience gave me a deeper understanding of how the environment shapes individuals and how education plays a fundamental role in building a more equal and prosperous society. My mission was to bring joy and hope to children affected by social inequality, growing up in hostile environments, with very limited financial resources, and facing extreme vulnerability. I firmly believe that through art and education, it is possible to offer a new perspective on life and inspire children to aspire to success. In 2023, I made the decision to move to Malta and began my journey in the iGaming industry, actively participating in leading industry events such as SiGMA, SBC Summit, iGB, Next.io, CasinoBeats, among others.
