As a registered representative at Great-West Retirement Services, I contributed to the Texasaver growth milestone of exceeding $1 billion in assets in the state's defined contribution plans. I provided banking and investment solutions at Merrill Edge and Merrill Lynch to solve for short-term and long-term financial goals. I then created a registered investment advisory firm, Virtuous Financial Group, LLC to assist clients in improving their individual net worth with financial planning and investment advisory services. In 2021, I dissolved the Registered Investment Advisory firm and joined as a scrum master and senior business analyst where I collaborated with a global team to provide competitive intelligence for ESG reporting to DEI leaders and financial reporting dashboards to strategic planning partners. In my role as squad lead, I lead my team of engineers and analysts to create an application prototype to be used by advisor clients to move money bidirectionally between their internal brokerage and external bank accounts.
