About Greta Bibbs

With over 20 years in logistics, transportation, and dispatch operations, I’ve built a career on transforming high-volume, complex shipping workflows into streamlined systems that scale, save costs, and deliver measurable outcomes.Throughout my career, I’ve managed 130+ daily international shipments while maintaining a 95% on-time delivery rate, optimized logistics workflows by 50% through smarter routing strategies, and implemented process improvements that reduced office errors by 60%. I’ve facilitated $50K+ in accurate monthly logistics closeouts in collaboration with finance and successfully tracked 100+ weekly shipments to ensure smooth customs clearance—cutting delivery delays by 30%. Along the way, I’ve also trained and onboarded new hires, boosting team efficiency ratings above 95%.I thrive in environments where compliance and efficiency are daily requirements, not just goals. Whether it’s routing 400+ daily stops, solving complex dispatch challenges, or managing customer escalations with precision, I bring a steady hand and a solutions-focused mindset. My colleagues describe me as calm under pressure, laser-focused on compliance, and the one who brings order to chaos.I’m fluent in SAP S4, Salesforce, Descartes, UPS/FedEx systems, and other logistics platforms—and I know how to turn these tools into engines of operational excellence. Beyond systems, I’m passionate about building strong vendor relationships, collaborating across teams, and mentoring staff to perform at their best. Now, I’m excited to bring this mix of leadership, technical expertise, and operational strategy to organizations ready to scale smarter, strengthen supply chain performance, and run stronger.
