I am Gretchen, from CamSur. I am a mother to 3 adorable kids. I am currently working as a Team Manager in one of CamSur's BPO company. Been with the company for 11 years. My tasks includes - Setting goal performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and convey them to subordinates - Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.(Weekly coaching – performance, Immediate coaching activities if there’s any client call-out)- Participate in client interaction (Weekly Business Reviews, Call Calibration)- Maintains time keeping and personal records- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa- Prepare and submit performance reports to clients– (Weekly Update for Corp CS, WBR inputs, Corp CS Dashboard, MoM Dashboard, QoQ Dashboard, etc)- Hire and train new employees - Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises- Provide floor support (Production Agents)- Encourage, support employees and making sure that they have satisfactory experience. I am very hardworking and diligent in whatever task assigned to me. I will perform not just well but also exceed the client's expectations.
