I am a seasoned project management professional with nearly 15 years of experience overseeing multimillion-dollar programs across 11 countries in Central America, Africa, and Asia. I bring expertise in project and contract management, finance and operations, grants management, strategic sourcing, compliance, risk management, continuous improvement, and data for decision-making. A compassionate and results-driven leader, I have extensive experience supervising, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
