In my current position, I help our attorneys efficiently provide clients with work of the highest quality. I work with the firm’s Practice Development and Knowledge Solutions Teams to develop and implement technology that allows lawyers to better leverage each other’s knowledge to promote the full application of the firm’s resources in the best service of clients’ needs. My practice focuses on developing and delivering training for colleagues and clients, curating internal know-how, maintaining and developing precedents, and cultivating best practices and efficient processes. I also monitor key developments in law and practice and keep lawyers informed with need-to-know updates and trainings.
