About Gretchen Schutte

What would it feel like to have room to breathe? To allow yourself space to take a breath before diving into the next task?I'm a yoga and meditation guide that helps busy people create space to pause, breathe, & show up as the best version of themselves. My intention is to empower you with the invaluable tools of breath, movement, and mindfulness and enable you to embrace each day with more ease.Over the last 10 years I have led workshops, retreats, and specialized trainings for students of all levels as well as yoga teachers. In addition to teaching in person I have a podcast and TV Show, Peace in the Pause, and I'm a published meditation teacher on InsightTimer. When I transitioned from my corporate job to teaching full-time I extended my work from only yoga studios to sharing practices in offices, libraries, and on virtual platforms. For the last 5 years I have been leading in-person and virtual programs on the benefits of better breathing and mindfulness practices.I look forward to the opportunity to use what I have learned and practiced so far, as well as what I continue to learn, to support you and your team.
