I enjoy working with teams and displaying effective leadership as an individualist. I believe in going above and beyond to provide excellent guest service. Through my work in the hospitality sector, I aim to be the most positive interaction between guests and team members. To accomplish this, I focus on building relationships, practicing key skills and adapting quickly. I have gained a lot of experience through previous positions, such as Assistant Guest Service Manager and Human Resource Intern. My roles and personal experiences have taught me the following about myself: I thrive in a fast paced environment, where I have the opportunity to connect and multi-task-Transparent communication with my team and with guests are a top priority-I excel in situations where there are deadlines and time requirements-I enjoy providing for others and completing tasks while remaining detail oriented.I am always ready to learn and adapt to new situations-My willingness to learn has helped me improve technical skill areas-When placed in a new environment, my openness to new experiences and situations has allowed me to adapt quickly and perform to the best of my abilities. By practicing empathy and candor in day-to-day interactions, I am able to make meaningful connections and serve others to the best of my ability.
