With the mentorship of the Manager of Operations and Maintenance Supervisor, I reached the deployment stage of the framework in just over 1 year with no prior experience, 2 years ahead of estimates prior to my involvement.Development of the framework:Explored and analyzed current documentation, system integration, and data sets to create an archive of process and construction drawings, manufacturer maintenance recommendations, and DOT/PHSMA inspection reports; resulted in coordinating efforts to update the information to “as-built”, increasing data reliability and availability by 30%+ across all functional departments.Examined integrations between Maximo and PI to implement an automated system providing accumulated run hours of mission-critical machinery with distributed daily values to subcomponents, creating meter-based preventative maintenance/testing routines in line with manufacturer's guidance; forecasted to increase the availability of maintenance personnel covering 900 miles of pipeline by 15% and reduce testing expenses by 12% without impacting current reliability of 99%.Developed and implemented an ISO 14224 compliant data architecture for 6815 component locations and 2195 tracked assets to drive targeted preventative maintenance routines with enriched meta-data, enhancing utilization of IBM Maximo to full-scale asset management while standardizing descriptions, classifications, and the data hierarchy; increased analytical capabilities by 65% and boosted change acceptance of new, Maximo hierarchy dependent electronic permitting by 20% by eliminating most end-user data entry requirements.
