About Grigor Mishev

I am a recognized production engineer management graduate! I have concluded my studies in the field of Industrial Engineering and Production Development and Management. I have been involved in different projects and case studies. I have experiences in the field of supply chain, lean manufacturing, production management, logistics, production planning and continuous improvement. I have started working in a multinational company where I have been involved in a management trainee program. My involvement in sales, production, management and logistics gave me a holistic insight in a big organization. I participated in establishing a sister company in Eastern Europe as well. I had a contact with multinational companies in the field of electronics, automotive and furniture production. Currently I work as a procurement manager for a privately held company, a mass producer of IKEA flat pack furniture. I consider that I have gained valuable experiences in the field of production and supply chain management. I believe in the lean approach and the fact that people are the important asset in an organization. I also emphasize on the flow efficiency as the right process concept being beneficial for the success. I worked and lived in different countries where I gained both work and life experience, there I developed my soft skills and understanding of life. I learned a lot about different cultures and values and the importance of respect and trust.
