Extensive experience in multiple I/O circuit design, with an in-depth knowledge of digital and mixed-signal ASIC designs in advanced CMOS processes- Long years circuit design experience in various components of High speed multi Gb/s I/O interfaces. Mixed-signal transistor level circuit design for general purpose I/O, high-speed I/Os, including specialty I/O interfaces such as DDR(2/3/4), LVDS- Significant experience in supervising of layout development and understand all ESD/Latchup, reliability rules requirements, and technology processes. In-depth understanding of deep submicron CMOS process technology and circuit design issues in 28nm, 20nm and beyond, including FinFET- Experience in Power & Signal Integrity and deep understanding of signal switching, noise & design issues. Knowledge of package substrate, board design-Working knowledge of Synopsys and Cadence custom design tools, circuit simulators Hspice, XA, FineSim, Spectre, Hsim- Hands on with Lab test and measurement equipment- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams in multiple locations.
