I'm a driven Finance major at the University of Iowa with hands-on experience in finance and risk management through internships and university activities. My recent role as a Finance Intern at the Developmental Studies Hybridoma Bank allowed me to leverage data analysis and strategic marketing to enhance logistics and outreach. Additionally, my role involved monitoring product mentions in academic publications and creating targeted social media content, boosting the organization’s visibility within the scientific community. Previously, as a Risk Management Intern at Biz Inc, I assisted with insurance claims processing and conducted risk assessments, optimizing claim resolution time and reducing client risk exposure. My hands-on experience with data analysis and collaboration with industry professionals has strengthened my problem-solving abilities and understanding of risk mitigation. As the Vice President of Communications for the Jewish Business Association, I successfully recruited new members and increased event attendance, demonstrating my ability to lead and effectively communicate. I'm fluent in Russian and proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Access, allowing me to bring diverse skill sets to support financial analysis and data management tasks. I'm excited to further develop my expertise in finance and make a positive impact in my future roles.
