I've been working in IT - technical customer support, all levels - for over 20 years. I've developed my skills constantly. Mediating between IT developers and clients has been and still is my biggest passion as well as guiding customers when working with software products and solve their software problems, leading projects to make their work more efficient. I live in Munich's eastern quarter Berg am Laim and am deeply rooted here. In my spare time I love doing volunteer work and working for a cultural non-profit organization to bring events in culture and arts to my quarter. At Grüner Markt I organized a free bookshelf and I am leading a team of 16 people who take care of the shelf and keep it sorted and clean. Besides all that, if I'm not travelling, reading or enjoying the nice things in life, I am living my passion for sewing, knitting, crocheting and any volunteer work to help bring people together as a community.
