As a Chief Operating officer, responsible for entire business of a Manufacturing company covering all the portfolios from Marketing, Proposals Engg, Engineering, Manufacturing & Execution teams till site works driving the teams from 50 Crs.to reach milestone of 100 Crs by the FY 2016-17. • With the back ground of Project Management & EPC business, proven track record holding key positions in Major functions of Operations (Engg, Proposals, support to marketing, Manufacturing-CMD & Shop, Aftersales & support, Stores & Logistics) yielding effective contribution of 10 to 12% on yearly turnover. • Detail Engineering, Good understanding of Manufacturing processes and Quality Assurance applicable to various Process Lines & Equipments working with MNC. • As a Business Head for SSI upto turnover of 35 Crs dealing in Export/ Local Projects – Engg./ Manufacturing / Quality management at various Vendors. Ancillary Vendor Development. • Designing & Development of Material handling systems, Equipments for Steel Rolling / Process(finishing lines) plants along with hydraulics, Solvent plants, various Jigs, Fixtures & Gauges for Automobile Industries. • Process Engineering in Automobile Industry for Engines and Transmissions Assembly Lines along with Capacity Planning, layouts of Assembly Lines for New Projects. • Resource Management (5 M’s)with optimal utilization of materials, machines, manpower and thru effective methods finally generating revenues i.e money possessing strong analytical skills & commercial acumen. • Strong Planner, Team Manager & Dynamic Leader will excellent Communication skills. • Exposure to ISO 9001/ISO14001, & TPM at Hindustan Motors Ltd, Pithampur Plant. • Erection & Commissioning of Plants/ Systems/ Equipments In-house & at Client’s sites and Auditing the erected plants at the pre-commissioning stage.
