Nothing beats experience, and with 30+ years in the financial services industry, I have helped many individuals, families, and Veterans buy property. It's important to me that my clients not only qualify for a loan but that they get the best loan for their current and future circumstances. There's more to a mortgage application than a good credit score. I help underwriters look beyond the credit score and find ways to help consumers clean up their finances to qualify for the best loan possible. As a producing loan officer and a team leader, I keep my skills sharpened as I train and mentor loan officers to help them take their business to the next level. At Citywide Home Loans, our loan officers are in business for themselves, but not by themselves. Wednesdays, my weekly Mastermind is loaded with scripts, product training, negotiation tips, overcoming objections, motivational coaching, and more. Loan officers tell me they appreciate my directness and integrity, regardless of whether I have good or bad news to deliver. They trust me to help them find solutions to difficult situations. I believe that if you help enough people, you have helped yourself. I strive to #be a good human and encourage others to do the same. I’m passionate about mental health awareness and assisting veterans to get back into their life post-service and become homeowners.
