I'm an internationalist, travel and UX writer packed with experience in international markets from Europe to South America and Asia-Pacific. Well-versed in online business and community management, content development and marketing campaign engagement, now rocking the craft community as UX Writing Manager at Booking.com, nurturing the sense of belonging, creativity, future-proof problem solving, and injecting the energy of travel into internal, partner and traveller-facing content for new products, campaigns, platforms, tools and user flows. My career offered me the opportunity to gather broad experience in finance, team management, mentoring and training, localisations and international education. In the spirit of sharing experiences and offering guidance, I created a lusophone website (currently on hiatus) and had articles commissioned by Trivago (Room5/Magazine), Engoo.com, and a special contribution to the printed release of the 'South America on a Budget' travel guide. I am passionate about multicultural workplaces, keeping equal opportunities, and promoting open communication to foment creative work environments.
