Hello there! I am Gui, senior business development and relationship professional, with 10+ years of experience in sales, leadership, general management and business operations. Holding an MBA in Finance, I see myself as a people-person that knows his numbers! I'm a communicator, well-versed in business development, sales & pipelining, negotiating, and closing deals. I am also well-versed in management, finances & reporting, and business valuation. As a result-oriented professional, when starting new projects, I tend to lead the team and seek to achieve our goals as quickly as possible. Lastly, a see me as flexible and resilient, and most of all, determined. I love a good cup of coffee, playing the drums or the guitar, and scuba diving. If you’re interested in networking, please reach out to me, it is always a pleasure. MY BACKGROUND Once when I was 15 I had landed in Orlando and I told my mom that I would one day move to Florida. Not for leisure, but for business purposes. Back then I was having my first contact with the “business world”, taking a 3-year entrepreneurship course (high school + technical). Despite that dream, I kept on living and studying back in Brazil. I graduated in Business Administration while working at a bank, and then in Logistics while working at the world’s 3rd largest refractory manufacturer. Soon after, when I had my first chance, I opened my own businesses there. In 8 years I have owned two restaurants, three clothing retail stores, and two bowling alleys, having had up to 240 employees under me. About 5 years ago I finally fulfilled my dream and moved to Florida, where I put my extroversion, management, and leadership skills to work.
