About Guido Ioele

I started my career as researcher in CAD\​CAM innovative environment for upper limb prothesys. After an year and half I decided to switch in an industrial environment and I joined Intecs, a medium size italian consultant company. I started in Intecs as software analyst designing the sytem tests for the Driverless On Board Copenhagen Metro subsystem and after that I start to work on Real Time Operating Systems and Railways On Board and Trackside subsystem software design and development. Until 2008 I worked on many different projects on the previous area improving significantly my programming skills, Safety Critical domain knowledge and relational skills with stakeholders and customers. Since 2008 my new position has been Project Manager and Project Technical leader but managing also the economical estimate phase and the realization of the economical invoice and quality processes related to the projects. In summary- leadership (managed and coordinated teams on several projects in the last 7 years up to 15 people)- technical proposals (almost 100 technical proposal accepted by customers)- economical and workload estimates (ranging from 1 month/men to 10 years/men activities)- 1 project/year presented and assessed by ISO reviewers Member of the Intecs Excellence Center for Embedded Real Time Systems Author of the 1 day training course “ Embedded Programming” performed as teacher during Intecs University 2010 and 2011 and as internal training course in 2012 and 2014 with overall audience of 60 peoples
