I am building a team of Product Directors and Managers to implement a Product driven approach into the IQVIA Data Office. In the last years my team delivered a "state of art" Patient Data Platform, the EMR Factory to integrate and curate IQVIA's Real World Data into a common data model using our cool big data technology. We were integrating Compliance Solutions, NLP and AI Capabilities, newest Data Standards and Ontologies into our complex state of art pipelines. Promoter of true agile Software Development, including full technical Product Thinking across sectors. I gained over 30 years of experience in different roles and various international companies such as Hewlett Packard and Nielsen, the last 20 years in operational and technology positions. Managed successfully restructuring and operational efficiency programs as well as innovative technology initiatives.
