Personal. The common thread running through my career since is that of connecting people. People and work, organisations and people. Collaborating, advising, projects, organizing events, networking and always looking for (available) talent are other aspects that always are present in my work. I am a cheerful, energetic and communicative man with a commercial can-do attitude and a passion for recruitment, employer branding and (online) marketing. An experienced all-rounder. Driven, service-minded, but result-oriented and a certain pragmatism is who I am. I find comfort in a flexible developing environment where there is room for initiative. In my work, I value care and openness. I strive for quality with room for a creative and flexible, but structured approach.
