About Guilhem Marijon
Following academic studies combining statistics, probability and data science, I started my career in the insurance industry (actuarial and underwriting) in a subsidiary of the BNP-Cardif group. Attracted by intrapreneurship and convinced of the accelerating transformation of the insurance and automotive worlds, I joined the CAAREA adventure in 2013. From the definition of new insurance product ranges and services that meet the mobility needs of motorists to their implementation, as well as the automation of processes and pricing, I am in charge of CAAREA's "business" expertise and strategy. As a global expert of the mobility needs, I develop partnerships and ensure their deployment in the main automotive growth markets (China, South Korea, India, ASEAN, MEA). Under my leadership, Caarea opened its first international subsidiary in Seoul in 2020, which I manage. At the crossroads of the automotive, service, insurance and reinsurance worlds, I bring my expertise to implementing new automotive mobility strategies.
